2. 我们收集的信息
本应用不收集任何个人信息。
- 无需注册账号，不要求提供姓名、手机号、邮箱或任何身份信息。
- 除第 3 节所述的"音频输入（麦克风）"外，不读取您的通讯录、照片、位置或摄像头；麦克风采集的声音仅在设备本地处理与保存。
- 不采集设备标识符用于广告或用户画像。
- 不集成任何第三方广告、统计或用户行为分析 SDK。
3. 设备权限使用说明
本应用仅在实现下列功能时向系统申请对应权限，且均可在系统"设置"中随时关闭；关闭后仅影响对应功能，不影响其他使用。
- 麦克风（音频输入）：用于"音频循环"的录音与叠录，以及调音器识别音高。采集到的声音仅在您的设备本地处理与保存，不会上传服务器、我们也无法获取；您还可以在应用内的"音频输入"开关中主动关闭，关闭期间不会采集任何声音。
- 蓝牙（使用蓝牙 MIDI 踏板时）：用于连接 BLE MIDI 踏板/控制器，仅接收踏板发出的控制指令（音符、控制器消息），不传输音频，不读取您的其他蓝牙设备信息。
- 本地网络：仅用于您主动发起的"设备间同步"（见第 6 节），在同一局域网内直接传输歌曲与资源，不经我们的服务器。
除此之外，本应用不申请通讯录、照片、相机、定位、日历等任何权限。
4. 存储在您设备上的数据
以下数据仅保存在您的设备本地，不会上传至我们的服务器（我们也不运营用于收集用户数据的服务器）：
- 应用设置与偏好（如鼓组选择、音量、界面选项）。
- 您创建或编辑的歌曲、乐段、采样与映射文件。
- 内购解锁状态（存储于系统钥匙串 Keychain，用于识别您已购买完整版）。
- 本地运行与调试日志（仅用于故障排查，保存在应用沙盒内）。
您可以通过删除应用来清除上述全部本地数据。
5. 应用内购买
本应用提供一次性买断的"完整版"内购。所有支付均由 Apple App Store 处理：

1. Overview
LoopBeat (the "App") is a drum machine and music creation application for iPhone, iPad and desktop platforms. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
In short: the App does not collect, upload, or sell any of your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
The App collects no personal information whatsoever.
- No account registration; we never ask for your name, phone number, email, or identity.
- Apart from the audio input (microphone) described in section 3, we do not access your contacts, photos, location, or camera; sound captured by the microphone is processed and stored only on your device.
- No device identifiers are collected for advertising or profiling.
- No third-party advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking SDKs are integrated.
3. Device Permissions
The App requests a system permission only where it is required for a specific feature, and any of these permissions can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission only disables the related feature.
- Microphone (audio input): used for recording and overdubbing in the Audio Looper, and for pitch detection in the tuner. Captured sound is processed and stored only on your device — it is never uploaded and is never accessible to us. You can also switch audio input off inside the App; while it is off, no sound is captured.
- Bluetooth (when using a Bluetooth MIDI pedal): used to connect a BLE MIDI foot controller. The App only receives control messages (note / controller events) from the pedal; no audio is transmitted and no information about your other Bluetooth devices is read.
- Local Network: used only for the device-to-device sync you start manually (see section 6), transferring songs and resources directly between devices on the same network, never through our servers.
Apart from the above, the App never requests access to contacts, photos, camera, location, or calendar.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
The following data stays only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers (we do not operate servers that collect user data):
- App settings and preferences (e.g. drum kit selection, volume, UI options).
- Songs, sections, samples and mapping files you create or edit.
- In-app purchase entitlement state (stored in the system Keychain to recognize your purchase).
- Local runtime/diagnostic logs (for troubleshooting only, kept inside the app sandbox).
You can erase all of the above by deleting the App.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time "Full Version" purchase. All payments are handled by Apple's App Store:
- We never receive or store your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID.
- We only learn, via Apple's API, whether a purchase is valid, in order to unlock features.
- Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
6. Device-to-Device Sync (Local Network)
The App can sync songs and resources directly between your own devices (e.g. phone and computer) over a local area network. This transfer:
- Occurs only when you enable it, and only directly between devices on the same local network.
- Never goes through our servers and leaves no copy behind.
7. External Links
The official website link opens in your browser (www.loopbeat.cn). That visit is initiated by your browser directly; the App obtains no information from it.
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, and collects no personal information from any user. If you believe we have inadvertently obtained a minor's information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
9. Data Security & Retention
Because the App collects no personal information, there is no server-side data retention. Local data on your device is protected by the iOS sandbox; you may delete all of it at any time by removing the App.
10. Your Rights
